Had an awesome time with my friends! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we loved hanging out by Ripley's Aquarium of Canada and King Blue Hotel. Pro tip, the terrace is a great spot to relax. We also got great service from the front desk staff, who were super friendly and helpful.
That was a bit frustrating.

Our stay was lovely! The location was just perfect, super close to everything. The only downside was the thin walls—I heard a lot from the hallway. Overall, a great experience 😊.

great stay with some room for improvement
The room was well-appointed with lovely décor, but the amenities could use more attention to detail. The location provided easy access to attractions, but the noise from the street could be distracting at times.
The overall guest experience was enjoyable, despite minor inconveniences.

would happily return
Location was perfect for the baseball at Rogers. Room was super clean and comfy. The bathroom had great supplies. Our Classic Room had a flat-screen TV, private bathroom with a shower, amazing WiFi, and a super-soft bed with awesome pillows. The fitness center and indoor pool were nice perks too.

The location was ideal, right in the heart of Toronto. The staff greeted us with kindness and offered complimentary water while we checked in. The Classic Room with 2 Queen Beds was spacious and comfy, with great bedding. I loved the L'Occitane products in the bathroom. they added a nice touch. However, there were some issues. The reservation system messed up. I booked for four but the hotel only had two on record, so we had to pay extra. Also, we heard a strange humming noise from the washroom area, but management resolved it quickly with ear plugs and a discount. Minor inconveniences didn't overshadow the great stay overall.
